    - How to mix, roll, cut & bake cookies
    - How to store cookie dough & baked cookies
    - How to fix broken cookies
    - Explore the different cookie cutters
    - Learn making your own cookie cutter
  • Royal Icing
    - Make the perfect royal icing recipe
    - Learn the different consistencies and how to use them
    - How to store the royal icing
    - How to use piping bags
    - Different piping and flattening techniques
    - How to fix mistakes
  • Finally, tips on where to buy your tools and ingredients
