Who is this Workshop for?

Beginners, whether it’s your hobby, you want to refresh your knowledge, or you have no idea how embroidery works, this workshop is for YOU!

What will I learn in the Embroidery Workshop!

It’s a 12 hour intensive workshop divided on 2 days where you will learn the following:

• Plunging into the world of embroidery (Discussing embroidery as a medium).
• What's in your kit? (learning about hoops, fabrics, threads, needles, etc.).
• Setting up your hoop and needle.
• Learning Basic Stitching (Practicing basic stitches).
• Learning Thread Color Blending.
• Exploring international artists' portfolios and different stitching techniques.
• Project: Apply what you learned and create your own embroidered masterpiece (From sketching to transferring your design onto fabric, choosing the perfect color palette, stitching and backing your piece).

‍Minimum age is 16 years old (boys & girls).

The seats are VERY limited: 10 students max, so Mariam can focus with each and everyone of you
